Install python on ubuntu

1) download python stable from http://www.python.org/download/
2) extract from archive
3) open terminal and go to extracted file directory and simply type ./configure
it will configure your environment for python.
4) after configuration, type “make” on terminal and hit enter
5) when it ends type “sudo make altinstall
6) then you can try python simply type “python“, on the terminal will be apear
>>>” sign, it points that you can start progarming
